Buy Tickets In Person 🎟️

Tickets are available at the venue on the night of the event, subject to availability. If the event has sold out online, tickets may not be available in person.

Ticket Refunds 💸

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancelled events: Ticket holders will receive a full refund from the original point of purchase.

Rescheduled events: Tickets remain valid for the new date. If you can’t attend, refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the rescheduled date being announced. After this period, refunds will no longer be eligible.

Entry Age 🔞

Age restrictions vary by event and are stated on tickets: 14+ or 18+. Club nights are always 18+.

Please contact the venue directly for the best information. Strobe Lighting & Smoke/Effects 💨 Some events use strobe lighting and smoke/effects. If you have any concerns, ask a staff member on entry or email in advance.

ID Policy / Challenge 25 🆔

The venue operates Challenge 25. Anyone who appears under 25 will be asked to show valid ID: Passport or Driving Licence (full or provisional).

Food & Drink 🚫🍔

No outside food or drinks may be brought into the venue. On entry, you’ll be asked to dispose of them. If you need items for medical reasons, please speak to door staff.

Photography 📸

Ask on the night if you don’t have a photo pass. Please respect the performers and avoid using flash, whether you’re a professional or amateur photographer.

Admission, Refusals & Ejections ⚠️

Venue management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers not adhering to venue rules or Licensing Act objectives may be asked to leave.
